Biography
He’s worked on model non-competition agreements for a Fortune 500 company covering employees nationwide, drafted a handbook for one of Virginia’s largest contractors, and helped one of Virginia’s largest private medical practices reorganize its operations.
Prior to Woods Rogers, Agnis was a principal at the Center for Employment Law, P.C. He’s a member of the Labor and Employment sections of both the Virginia Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where he serves on The Developing Labor Law Subcommittee.
Agnis has a bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary and earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
He is consistently honored by Virginia Business magazine as a Legal Elite in the field of labor and employment and is also listed in Best Lawyers in America and Virginia Super Lawyers. He’s been recognized as a Best Lawyer by Corporate Counsel magazine.
Agnis is a board member of the Al Pollard Memorial Foundation, helping to raise scholarship dollars in the name of a Roanoke corporate leader.
