CDL ticket and accident

I am a CDL holder and got a ticket in Roanoke. I hired John to represent me. He is very knowledgeable and familiar with the area and court. Before the case he spoke with officer that wrote the ticket for about 5 minutes. This ticket involved a pickup truck cutting me off and hitting the front of my t...ruck. Being the CDL driver, of course I was ticketed. Once we were called up to the judge, the prosecutor dropped the case. I am very pleased not to have the accident or ticket on my record.

Great lawyer

John was a very great person to talk to and genuinely listened to every word I had to say. Whenever I was down on myself of felt discouraged, he was there to talk to me and encouraged me to continue working towards a better end result for myself. He had good faith in me and what I could do. As much a...s he was good in character, he was as my lawyer.

Best outcome for my case

John effectively represented me in General District Court. He clearly communicated potential outcomes and was able to secure the best outcome for my case. John was prompt to reply to my questions throughout the process. His assistant, Sherri, is equally impressive. I highly recommend John.

Kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

I was very lucky to have John Weber as my lawyer, he was incredibly kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I was able to call and ask him any questions I had at any time and he was always ready to assist. He really helped saved me and my family from what otherwise could have been a very bad time. I wo...uld highly recommend him to anyone :)

Excellent Review for John Weber III

John was great. I am from out-of-state and he handled everything for me. The thing I liked best about John was that he gave me a very realistic expectation as to what the outcome would likely be given my infraction. No "pie in the sky" promises. He was able to fulfil his promise and although I was n...ot overjoyed, I was ok with the disposition of my case. Apparently going 10 MPH over the speed limit is considered reckelss and a criminal offense in Rockbridge County and could cost you up to $2500!!!. Who knew! John was able to get my "reckless" reduced to a a regular "speeding" and in Virginia, that's huge. I paid $200 in fines and court costs which I was ok with. No points would have been great, but I know he did the best he could given the climate regarding traffic infrations in Rockbridge County. Also, John's fees were reasonable. I had talked to several other attorneys who quoted me as much as 3x's what John charged and I would be hard pressed to believe they could have gotten a better outcome.
