Serious warning — proceed with extreme caution.** In my experience, this attorney prioritised money over client care at every stage. From the outset, I felt assessed more for what I could pay than for the actual legal support I needed, with little compassion for what I was going through. Most c...oncerning was the pressure to write a five-star review in exchange for a reduction in my bill (around $1,000), particularly while I had an upcoming court date. Feeling under pressure, I complied. I later became aware of similar experiences from other clients, which raises serious concerns about how these positive reviews are obtained. After providing the review, I was then told I could no longer be represented due to payment issues. The timing felt deeply troubling and left me without support at a critical moment. Throughout the process, I did not feel properly prepared or represented. There were instances where I experienced a lack of organisation and focus, which affected my confidence going into hearings. Overall, my experience felt highly transactional, lacking the professionalism, integrity, and human consideration one expects in legal representation. I cannot recommend her services and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
