About Nicole
Biography
Nicole F. Ingle specializes in commercial real estate, finance and business law, with extensive experience with commercial loan transactions, commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing, asset acquisitions, condominiums and real estate development.
Nicole has handled a wide range of business law matters, including HUD loans, aircraft purchases and sales, business formations, and open space donations.
Prior to joining Woods Rogers, she was a senior staff attorney for Advance Auto Parts, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where she handled commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases as well as contract negotiations and counseling of internal clients.
Previously she was an associate at Murtha Cullina LLP, a law firm with offices in Hartford and Boston.
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Virginia and also earned her law degree at UVa. She is on the boards of directors of Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
