I am in the military and had to get a court appointed lawyer to handle my custody case. I was appointed Amanda Mann. I was nervous at first for a court appointed lawyer however I have to say she was GREAT. She advised me of my options and let me decide on the one I felt was best and didnt push or mak...e me take something I wasnt happy with. The outcome was fantastic and I was able to keep full custody of my son. I have been assigned to another area now but would like to just say thank you and I would recommend her for anything..... She worked harder on my case than a paid attorney would of and made several calls and apperances she didnt even need to do to benefit my case.. The other attorney was a high paid attorney and lost.. Thanks again Amanda....................

Mrs. Mann promised me that the case for my exwife was uncalled for. She stated to me that I was not in breach of the divorce agreement based on the wording. Once she received her retainer fee, the only thing she did was write a letter and make a phone call or two. She never met with me after the i...nitial consultation prior to the court hearing (except 5 min in the lobby prior to hearing). She never told me the time and date of a continuance TWICE! Then when I asked her to fight for me, all she could say was "well you agreed to pay her the money". Well good grief! I knew that. The question was the deadline not whether or not I had to pay. She did nothing else and I fired her.
