OUTCOME: Settled on favorable terms to the client that respected the parents’ wishes and left the siblings space to reunite if they wish.

Brother was always “the favorite,” successful, and well to do. Sister was always very close to mom and dad and helped care for them before they passed. Because brother was well off, and sis not so mu ... ch, parents provided more for sis when they passed, which frustrated brother who sued to contest or challenge the parents’ will and trust.
