George Franklin Marable III

I recently hired George Marable to represent my wife on a charge of reckless driving due to being clocked at 88/70 speed zone on I-95. A conviction for reckless driving would have sent our insurance skyrocketing. Mr. Marable worked out a plea that prevented any insurance increase and also prevented... the violation from being placed on her DMV record in our home state. Mr. Marable did what he said he thought he could do, he kept us informed on what my wife needed to do to get the reduction (online driving school, and on what we needed to do and when in order to comply with the court's order. We are very pleased and appreciate his good work.

About 6 yers ago Mr Marable represented me in a divorce case. I paid him upfront. I would not ever recommend anyone fully pay him. Once he received the check, I found it impossible to reach him. My wife and I had a no fault divorce with no children and no property. Even as easy of a matter this seems... Mr. Marable attempted to gain more money out of me, claiming it would take longer due to my wife. I was shocked to learn while he stated this, my wife had already signed off on the divorce!! When confronted on the matter he acted self rightous, cocky, and uppity. I never met a more poorly behaved attorney. A court he seemed to be chummy with my wifes lawyer and I even heard him make jokes about me around the corner. I suspected him of working with this attorny to fleece my x-wife and I out of more money. I do not recommend Mr. Marable to anyone!!! I'd hire a 3-toed sloth before I'd ever hire him again!!

After several thousand dollars and him trading 2 court appointed cases away to the department of corrections. My charges were dropped amazingly!! I was stone cold guilty of a violent felony. My heart goes out to those two men now serving time. I can no longer sleep at night knowing I should be there ...and not them.
