Alden Eldredge is a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience in commercial litigation, labor & employment law, and business legal strategy. After earning his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2005, Alden launched his career at two prominent law firms, handling a wide range of complex commercial litigation and employment matters.
In 2012, Alden transitioned from private practice to corporate leadership, joining Faneuil, Inc., a business process outsourcing firm based in Hampton, Virginia. As General Counsel, and later in several executive leadership roles, he led Faneuil's human resources, benefits, recruiting, and operations teams. His responsibilities included negotiating high-stakes contracts with private companies, state agencies, and quasi-governmental bodies, helping to streamline operations and drive growth.
In 2021, Alden joined an international business process management and technology company as Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance, overseeing legal teams across North America. He played a critical role in contract negotiations, compliance oversight, and licensing initiatives, contributing to the company's success across multiple sectors.
In 2024, Alden founded Eldredge Law Group to offer businesses of all sizes the legal expertise and strategic advice needed to navigate complex challenges. His practice is dedicated to removing legal obstacles, offering tailored counsel to startups and established companies alike, and helping them achieve their business objectives with confidence.
