Mr Collier has represented us on 2 different occasions. He has also been on the other side of the fence against us and was very thorough in his litigation. Mr. Collier was contracted by my step-mother to handle her estate. It has taken him over 2 years to execute that will which should have been dispersed after one year. His excuse was that he no secretary to handle all the necessary paperwork so he could work his other business. He said he had been thr...oug 3 secretaries in the 2 years period. That should say something how he conducted his office. As of this writing the estate is still not closed with full dispersement. I would not recommend him for any any inheritance work.
