1st DUI - He said he was going to drop one of my charges. The day of my trial he was NOT prepared; did not even know what my officer looked like and he was LATE which caused to reschedule. The next time, late again and last minute, he makes a deal with the prosecutor with guilty pleads to both charg...es, just masking my BAC and does not even explain how I can use that to my advantage. He totally acts like a court appointed attorney which is why he is so cheap. He does not fight for you and he is NOT even good enough to get you out of a first DUI, considering there are lawyers out there that have a 3rd DUI dropped for their clients.
