I hired Henry based upon his reviews, as well he worked the county where I received my ticket. My ticket was 90 in a 60 on I95. The communication over time was not good and it would have been a lot nicer to get a little more general communication and updates. Henry always spoke to the worst case s...cenario and really put some fear as to what the assbackward VA courts could do for speeding ie. Repeating the fact that they could seek jail time for reckless driving and how this community takes this seriously. Henry always stressed to get community service time(upward of 100 hours) and take a driving course as he repeatedly told me that I could not get jail time. I actually thought of changing attorney’s because he always painted such a grim picture. I realized, after the fact, that this was the motivation to make sure you got your community service and driving course completed. Community service letters are not hard to get and the driving course, although annoying, was not that horrible to complete. In the end, you can’t argue with result, My ticket was completely dismissed, no fine, no nothing. So, although I could’ve used a little more communication and a little more of “do what I tell you and you’ll get a great result” vs. doom and gloom. Henry got the job done with better than expected results, a job well done.

Got a pretty bad ticket and was looking at big fines, jail and suspended license... called me Myers who told me exactly what I needed to do to make up for my mistake in the courts eyes I fedexed all the needed paperwork and copy of driver improvement class to his office and he did the rest. He got my... case dismissed no jail, no fines, no points on license. Court was 5 hours away and I didn’t even have to go. A few phone calls a fair lawyer fee and I waited for good news. Do not go to court without this man n your corner

I contacted Mr. Myers regarding a speeding ticket received in Virginia. He explained what this meant in Virginia and my home state as well as my options. I hired him based on customer service and his knowledgeable response to my needs. He worked his magic in court and I am happier and driving because... he is "As Advertised". Oh yeah! very reasonable fees.
