OUTCOME: Client's felony convictions reversed on appeal.

Client's convictions for manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of firearm reversed on appeal. The affidavit for the search warrant issued for client's property did ... not establish a nexus between the property and evidence of illegal activity. The evidence seized from the property should have been suppressed by the trial court.
