Completely ignored the concerns of the child, I really don’t understand the reason for a GALs when he goes off what the adult parties evidence that’s provided. He seems portray to have the best interest in... the child but turns out to be completely opposite. Failed my child horribly, I pray for anyone else that has to come in contact with Mr. Phillips. Very one sided, very prejudice against minorities. He will dig into things that have nothing to do with the case and when you question why he needs to know certain information he throws it in your face that you have to tell him or he will bring it to the judge that you’re hiding information. James w...ill take the side of whomever he likes more and doesn’t care to hear anything else except who he favors. HORRIBLE PERSON, he may be lacking the love from his father and chose this as his career to fill the void.. a miserable soul, a liar, and highly untrustworthy.
