I reached out to Mr. Anderson's firm in hopes of filing for bankruptcy. The initial contact was excellent in which all my questions were answered and I was provided with a sigh of relief that I hadn't felt in a log time. Can't say enough about my experience here at this firm. Mr. Anderson was professional, prompt, honest, and to the point. His straight forward down to business attitude was something I respected and desired for a professional dealing with my case. His knowledge of the law and professionalism provided me with an easy and extraordinary experience in which I couldn't be more pleased. For those that a desire a more softer approach, in steps Rebecca. Ms. Myers was kind, compassionate, patient, courteous, and empathetic. She provides that "pat on the back" so to speak to let you know, even though its hard, everything is going to be all right, and you are in the best hands to get things taken care of. She does all this while also displaying an unwavering level of professionalism and an exceptional amount of knowledge for the areas of the case. I don't think that any lawyer could dream up a better paralegal to work in their office. She is a joy and comfort to work with. I would highly recommend you give this office a chance. Although my experiences have been mainly with Mr. Anderson and Ms. Myers, I have spoken to others within the office, and I get the same level of professionalism and courtesy no matter whom I speak too. I would, without hesitation, choose this firm again should a legal matter arise in the future, and I thank Ms. Myers and Mr. Anderson for a remarkable experience in getting my chapter 13 case handled. I would highly recommend them for anyone facing financial disruption in their lives.

We filed for bankruptcy, through Legal Aid Society of Virginia. We were originally very apprehensive, especially because it's bankruptcy! Needless to say, Anderson Law & Associates made us comfortable and removed all our fears. They are extremely professional and no question is a dumb question no m...atter how many times you email, they are always so caring. College and Shaun are super awesome! Unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy. The Anderson firm made the experience very easy to deal with. The situation one finds themselves in is embarrassing, frustrating and very emotional.
