OUTCOME: Stopped commercial eviction in favor of my clients.

In the State Court of Fulton County, Case No. 16DD000045, Healey Mall LLC (commercial landlord) filed for a dispossessory action against J.R. Crickets (tenant) arguing that the tenant was allegedly in ... breach of their lease for a 3rd party shooting that occurred on the premises in February 2016. The landlord failed to provide proper notice of and opportunity to cure the perceived breach. The Court thus ruled in favor of my clients, the tenants, and denied the landlord a writ of possession.
