I handle all types of criminal matters including drug cases, assault and batteries, property crimes, and other misdemeanors and felonies. I also handle cases on appeal to the court of appeals and the supreme court of Virginia.

I handle a number of contested divorces to include: military divorce, high-asset divorces, representation for Pendente Lite hearings, Equitable Distribution trials, spousal support and all matters related to divorce in Circuit Court.

I handle a number of driving under the influences/DUI cases each year. This includes in the district courts as well as Circuit Courts.

I handle other family law matters such as adoptions and child custody and support.
