After filing i-485, I received the notice of interview, but did not receive new EAD card, is that normal?

Did you file the I-765 concurrently with the I-485? Assuming you did, the EAD is normally approved prior to the I-485, but we have seen cases...
My I485 was denied because Of missing i864 I resubmit it.The letter said if I don’t submit i290 they will issue letter to leave?
