First off Steven is amazing! Due to personal matters I exceeded the speed limit of 30mph in NORFOLK doing 64. Worst split second mistake I’ve ever made. Even though I had begun somethings to help rectify my situation, Steven had even more advice on what I could do to help have the most best outcome. ...I was facing JAIL & license suspension due to a prior reckless speeding charge from years back. And cause that speed was ridiculous. I had horrible anxiety leading up to court & Steven took the time to call me days before to help reassure me that the steps he advised to take will look good. Plead no contest, His confidence of knowing how to fight for me exuded greatly, Since my case was slightly unique. He allowed me to have my voice heard tremendously. And I’m former law enforcement so I needed this case reduced for return to work purposes. AND HE DID JUST THAT! Steven got my reckless speeding charge reduced down to SPEEDING + fine. no jail & biggest worry of all I GOT TO KEEP MY LICENSE….being a single mom of 2 (1of which is disabled) i needed my license a great deal. Plus I needed to Stay current for work. Steven makes sure you know everything of what COULD happen so you’re not caught off guard. His patience, confidence & overall demeanor made this gut wrenching incident become a smooth one. I am forever grateful to have worked with him.

I received a summons for following too closely after a rear end accident. I hoped to get the charge reduced or dismissed, but as someone with very little traffic court knowledge, I had no idea what the best strategy for me to pursue was.
