Respond to OIG, CMS, other agency investigative matters, counsel clients on fraud & abuse issues, corporate compliance, HIPAA/HITECH, EMTALA, Medicare and Medicaid billing & reimbursement.

Over twenty years of experience in assisting a diverse array of companies in opening new markets for the manufacture, sale, distribution and use of drugs, biologics, and devices. Counsel companies on the FDA status of products, prepare and file applications for FDA clearance of new devices, drugs and biologics, including INDs, 510ks, and Drug/Device Master Files, and issue opinion letters on various topics, including label claims and off-label uses of drugs and devices.

Defend clients against allegations of Medicare, Medicaid fraud, False Claims Act matters, FDA/FTC enforcemnt actions involving helathclaims, off-label use of drugs and devices.

Represent employers in federal and state occupational safety and health matters, including incident investigations, agency inspections & enforcement actions. Counsel healthcare providers on employment contracts & terminations, other human resources matters.
