Georgina “Gina” Montgomery is a trial attorney with Rutter Mills LLP, with offices in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Hampton, Virginia. She represents individuals and families in serious car accident, maritime, and daycare injury cases throughout Hampton Roads and across the Commonwealth. 

Before joining Rutter Mills, Gina spent a decade representing insurance companies. That experience gave her an inside understanding of how insurers investigate claims, evaluate injuries, defend lawsuits and attempt to limit their financial exposure. Today, she uses that knowledge to anticipate defense strategies, develop persuasive evidence and prepare each case as though it will be presented to a jury.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Music, cum laude, from the University of Miami, where she studied music business and entertainment industries, business law, and Italian. She received her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and concentrated on trial advocacy.
