Charlene Mooring

Charlene When applying for disability, we constantly hear horror stories about how difficult it is to receive benefits as well as how long the process can take. Despite hearing these stories, I knew I would be an exception to the rule. I had tons of medical documentation to verify and justify my ...claim. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I found out I had been denied as well. I was no longer working and had only a minimal income from my previous employment. Desperate and despondent, I knew it would be impossible for me to handle this situation alone so I contacted the Law Firm of Charlene Mooring for assistance. Ms. Mooring spent countless hours working to get my case approved. She was relentless in her efforts. Ms. Mooring fought for my case like I was a family member. She believed I deserved my benefits and she did everything humanly possible to ensure I received them. Filing a disability claim requires requires an in-depth understanding of federal and state statutes, case law, as well as a familiarity with the strategies and tactics of VRS and the Social Security Administration. Ms. Mooring understands these challenges and will work diligently to get you the benefits you deserve. In addition, Ms. Mooring was extremely informative about the process and made sure I understood the different obstacles we could face during the process. Although extremely busy, Ms. Mooring was attentive to my needs and immediately addressed my questions and concerns. Not once did I doubt she would get my benefits approved. I can never truly thank Ms. Mooring for her diligence and expertise while working my case. Thanks to her, I now have all of my benefits.

Charlene Morring- Social Security Disability expert

When I found out I could no longer physically work, after 45 years of working, I had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, a good friend suggested Charlene Morring for me. As soon as I met her and saw her serious face, I knew I could totally trust her to take care of my disability case. I could tell... she is totally confident, under control, honest and ready to roll. Stress makes pain much worse, but she literally took all that pain away when she convinced me to RELAX and let her handle it from here. Any time I had a question, she would remind me to stop worrying and relax, enjoy life, and be patient. I totally trusted her and I am so very grateful for her. I have my disability now and it did not take long. Ms. Morring is such a sweet, caring, wonderful, totally professional young lady who certainly knows exactly what she is doing. I was very, very blessed to have met her. Life is good. Thank God for Charlene Morring!

Great Lawyer, Professional Intelligent and Sincere

Mrs. Morring handled my disability case with unparalleled professionalism and diligence. In my quest to search for the best lawyer to handle my disability case Mrs. Morring's name was a constant referral amongst respected lawyers in our area. I can affirm that Mrs. Morring's reputation is well dese...rved. Not only did she meet all of my requirements but she went above and beyond my expectations. She answered all my questions concerning the case and made herself available when I called, She continued to show her legal and ethical aptitude in how she spoke to me and handled my case. And, like many people who hire a lawyer and are always skeptical of their ulterior motives, Mrs.Morring's ability and thoughtfulness erased all of those concerns from when I first walked in her office. Her staff follows her example and at every-turn they treated me with respect. They made sure I was aware-of and presented all of my documents, meetings, and notifications. I made the best decision in hiring Mrs.Morring.

Legal Team Par Excellance!

It had been over six months since my "on the job" injury and my journey into the confusing world of workers' compensation. I felt like my life, as I had known it, was slipping from my grip. Confused, upset, and in terrible pain and feeling totally helpless, one friend who had known a lady who got in...jured on the job and had hired an attorney. The case went to court and the attorney won! I asked for the attorney's name, found her phone number, and called for an appointment. The attorney was Ms. Charlene Mooring. On the day of my appointment with Ms. Mooring, I was in pain and my friend drove me to Ms. Mooring's office. The receptionist was charming and very friendly but I was still nervous about meeting Ms. Mooring. When a very attractive lady with a warm, beautiful smile came into the waiting room and introduced herself to me, she immediately put me at ease! Her aura emanated friendliness, confidence, empathy, and concern. She listened to my story, took notes, asked questions, answered my questions, made copies of my papers, and made me feel like she had all the time in the world to go over my situation. Following all of this, she told me what she was going to do regarding everything and told me to go home, get better, and not to worry about anything because she was going to handle it all! It was like a huge weight was lifted of me and peace filled the room and my life! It has now been over a year since I first went to Ms. Mooring and, even though the insurance company still likes to "play games" (for lack of a better term), she is my rock through it all. I can call her office and leave a message with Donna and she will talk me through something that has happened and will tell Ms. Mooring what's going on. I guess I've called so much that Donna and I've become friends--she has never made me feel like I'm imposing upon her! Ms. Mooring and Donna have guided me through the storms of workers' comp and have never let me become worried, fearful, or afraid of what the insurance company might try to do next. Frankly, I don't know how I would have gotten through the past year without them beside me on this journey. I have recommended Ms. Mooring to other injured workers and I will continue to do so. There just aren't enough words to express my gratitude for and appreciation of Ms. Mooring for all she has done, is doing, and will do for me...which I know she does and will do for all of her other clients! Ms. Mooring and Donna are, in my opinion, a legal team par excellence!
