I was not pleased with this lawyer at all. He was very rude and nasty. I never got a chance to talk with him until the end of my case. His staff was nice and generous. How the hell does he feel like it's ok to get more money then the clients who was suffering injuries. He will definitely be handled I... have prayed about the situation and it's in God's hands. You can't treat people wrong and think it's ok. He did not win me nothing but of course he got the most money. Please do not consider this terrible inconsiderate man. He does not care. He just wants your money. Also keep in mind he has a chiropractor that he use and he sends them the majority of your money also just because they work together. Trust and believe he does not do what he says he's gonna do. I should have known better just by off the man screaming to the top of his lungs on television. One other thing. Before issuing my check he said that he wanted me to do an review before he gave me my check but get this I didn't even do the review for myself until today which is avout 4 days later. He did the review for me so whatever was worded on the reviews I did not do it he did it. Never agan!!! Please read your reviews people before you consider a lawyer.

He is a crook do not I repeat do not go to him. He will jerk you over with your money and make you feel as if he knows what's best for you. The other insurance company contacted me and told me how much they settled for... Keep in mind I've asked Lowell many times what the offer was and I'm definitel...y getting way less then I'm suppose to and less then what I deserve. Plus I'm still waiting on my settlement it's been over 30 days from the day he claimed it would be ready

He was so nasty to me over the phone. Tried intimidating me and jumping down my throat. He was my lawyer and treated me like a criminal when I was the victim. I will post again once he is not my lawyer anymore and the case is finished but take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! Over a year ago, I was in an accident in my daughter's car. A man not paying attention backed out of a parking spot in the parking lot, and plowed right into the side of the car. I was of course shaken and sustained some minor injuries. The car was still drivable but the total damages to the car we...re to the tune of $4000. The damages to the car and my daughter's diminished value claims were handled right away through the other person's insurance, but I retained Lowell Stanley to assist me in helping me get my medical bills paid and any type of pain and suffering out of this case. Over a year later, and after all my bills have gone into collections, I am now receiving less than what the insurance company offered me that day, and Lowell Stanley is walking away with twice as much as I am getting. When I told him that this didn't seem fair (about 4 months ago), he said that this was just the way that these things work out. I told him that I wanted him to sign a release and that I would work out my own settlement before my bills went to collections and he threatened me with a lawsuit and said that he would have to come after me to recoup the fees that he had spent with researching the case. I told him that I felt cheated and that I didn't want to accept his offer (not the insurance companies offer, but his offer of taking more than half of the settlement after bills were paid) he literally called me "STUPID". I will never do business with this law firm again, NOR will I allow any of my friends to do so either. Please if you are reading this e-mail beware!! He is not a good lawyer if he could not negotiate this open and shut case. My daughter did better with her diminished value claim and with her help, the insurance company was offering me more than what Mr. Stanley "won" for me after a years worth of his efforts, and he supposedly has a law degree. Further, he is not a good businessman because at no time should you call your client STUPID and still think that they are supposed to allow you to continue to represent them.
