David Michael Faust

I was hoping that David Michael Faust of Old Dominion Trial Lawyers would go after my insurance because I spent over $40,000 for my kitchen restoration and I didn’t have my kitchen for four months. The insurance only paid $23,000 and they left a balance due for ServPro and they billed me the remaind...er of $700.00 that they expecteed me to pay. Old Dominion Trial Lawyers were very nice before they got my $12,000. They told me that they would be able to get additional money from my insurances. They ultimately after several legal letters to Universal Insurance told me that I needed to accept Universals $17,000 otherwise I would not get anything. I would hoping that my legal fees would be covered but they were not. Additionally, when I asked what they were going to do about HomeServ, the ones that caused the initial problem, they told me that they would do one thing at a time. In the end, they told me that I would have to pay again to get started on HomeServ.
