L.T. Caplan personally has closed thousands of Residential Real Estate Closings. These include refinances, purchases, sales, land sale contracts, lease options, hard money financing, new construction, REO's, and Short Sales.

L.T. Caplan represents small and large land owners/management companies with all Landlord -Tenant legal matters. This includes both residential properties (will and does represent an investor of a single unit or a entire apartment complex) and commercial properties.

L.T. Caplan has worked in house council for one of the largest private land owner's in Florida. There, L.T. assisted in closing over 9,000,000 s.f. of commercial property, valued at over $250,000,000.00. L.T. also ran the Tenant In Common (TIC) Program where his employer would purchase a large commercial property, securitize it, & sell it off to individual accredited investors (most who qualified for 1031 tax exchange). L.T. has since closed numerous other commercial transactions.
