William Thomas Bishop

I am going through a very ugly divorce where I was falsely accused of crimes on sworn affidavits. This resulted in two arrests for misdemeanor offenses. I have never been arrested in my life and Mr. Bishop clearly went over the laws and likely outcomes. During the court appearances, Mr. Bishop e...ffectively communicated with various parties prior to each trial starting to try to come to an agreement. In both cases, agreement was reached with the prosecutor to drop the case. Consequently, both appearances lasted about one minute before the judge dismissed the claims. On the main issue, the case was dismissed with prejudice which also prevented any appeal; the best outcome possible in the least amount of time. Even the judge himself said he was shocked at the quick outcome and that it almost never happened this way. I am truly impressed with Mr. Bishop's handling of these cases and his communication skills. I would highly recommend him as a defense lawyer.
