T. Wayne Williams Jr.

T. Wayne Williams, co-founder and managing partner of Williams DeLoatche, P.C., brings over 23 years of comprehensive experience in personal injury law. A University of Virginia alum with a law degree from Regent University, Wayne has deep roots in Virginia, particularly the Hampton Roads area. His extensive career began with roles at both small and large law firms, honing his skills in civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. Today, his practice is focused exclusively on securing justice for plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and nursing home abuse, with a history of achieving substantial settlements and verdicts. Wayne is licensed to practice in all Virginia state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He actively participates in multiple bar associations and has been celebrated for his community service, notably receiving the Walter E. Hoffman award. His community involvement spans chairing educational mock trials to board memberships in organizations like the Sertoma Club.
