No one can answer the question as to how much your bond will be other than the magistrate. Failure to appear as a class one misdemeanor punishable...

On a DUI 1st a restricted license is normally allowed provided you have an ignition interlock installed in your vehicle for 6 to 12 months.

I am sorry but in Virginia if you were convicted it cannot be expunged. You may want to look into a restoration of rights from the Governor's office.

I got convicted of refusal DUI in 2010 and now facing DUI 2nd is it possible to get the 2nd reduce to first DUI?
