Macayla M. Nicolaison

Macayla Nicolaison, raised in Tidewater, Virginia, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Liberty University, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising. Before attending law school, Macayla worked as a technical writer, sales manager, and financial services representative, while also managing a medical practice and launching her own small businesses. Her broad appetite for learning has provided her with substantial knowledge in areas such as human resources, sales, marketing, and corporate financial management.
Presently, Attorney Macayla Nicolaison supports organizations, entrepreneurs, and business owners in organizing, guiding, and protecting their business visions and assets. Her varied experiences led her to discover a passion for connecting disparate elements, prompting her pursuit of a legal career. After obtaining her law degree from Regent University School of Law, she has helped clients build successful ventures and safeguard their achievements through estate planning. Macayla also advises non-profits and churches on corporate law and religious freedom.
She has served as adjunct faculty at Regent University, teaching courses in Media Law and Ethics. Macayla frequently guest speaks at various university programs. At home, she relishes time with her husband, Luke, and their four children, Anika, Axel, Piper, and Liv.
