Biography
I am a driven, aggressive advocate for my personal injury clients, and have practiced for over 40 years in the Virginia Beach area after serving as a law clerk for a federal district Judge in Norfolk. For decades before 2024 I was a partner in Norris & St. Clair law firm. In 2024 I accepted the offer to join another top personal injury law firm, Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp, and have now joined forces with the personal injury lawyers at my present law firm.
Over my career, I have settled and tried many cases resulting in millions of dollars for my seriously injured clients. A number of my case results can be reviewed on the law firm website.
I have also taught paralegals during my legal career and I have served as an invited lecturer at legal seminars as well.
I provide free, confidential consultations in the field of personal injury and medical malpractice for injured persons and their families.
