Hi there! I am a solo attorney, practicing in the state of Virginia for almost 4 years now. I am availbale to take clients on a case by case in the matters of family law, debt collection (plaintiff, debtor, and creditor), bankruptcy, wills, and probate. I'm also available for small individual legal services such as drafting contracts, reviewing operating agreements, drafting demand letters, mediation, negotiation, etc. Bankruptcy services are provided via a flat fee, litigation practice is by retainer on an hourly basis, and smaller legal requests are typically earned by a small flat fee.

In addition to my practice, I serve as the Technical Writer and Corporate Legal Counsel for an LLC. We are a SDVOSB (Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) contracting with government and commercial entities in the industries of telecommunications, life safety systems (intrusion, durress), physical access control, security, and fire alarm (to name a few).

I am also the CEO of a Women-Owned Small Business (and Veteran-Owned SB) that provides contracting management and administration services. This includes the government contracting services as mentioned above under a broader scope, also incorporating Human Resources, administration management, and business development consulting.
