Olivia Grace Lee

As the founder of LifeDesign Law, Olivia G. Lee, Esq. is passionate about helping families protect their loved ones and achieve their goals through thoughtful estate planning. Her journey in law began at the University of Michigan, where she graduated with distinction, earning a B.A. in International Social Justice and a minor in Italian. This foundation in social justice has deeply influenced her approach to law, driving her commitment to serving families with compassion and integrity.

Ms. Lee obtained her law degree as an honors student at Regent University School of Law. While there, she honed her skills as Lead Articles Editor for the Regent University Law Review Board and gained valuable experience working for the Center for Global Justice. These experiences solidified her desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives through law. She decided she did not want to be a part of litigation but instead wanted to prevent the litigation to begin with.

Before establishing LifeDesign Law, Ms. Lee worked at several estate planning and elder law firms, each experience adding to her toolkit and shaping her unique perspective on family-centered legal services. Today, she is an active member of the Virginia State Bar Trusts and Estates Section and the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. As an active member of WealthCounsel, she has access to cutting-edge legal drafting software, extensive educational resources, and a nationwide community of collaborative attorneys. Additionally, Super Lawyers nominated her as a Rising Star for 2025, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys under 40 or practicing for less than 10 years. This recognition reflects her commitment to excellence in estate planning and elder law.

Ms. Lee is committed to continuous learning, regularly attending conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of estate planning law. Her approach goes beyond just legal documents. Outside her legal practice, Ms. Lee is a proud fur mom to two energetic mini Aussies and a sassy Singapura cat. She even trained her oldest Aussie as a therapy dog to visit children in the schools. Her love for animals extends to her volunteer work with the Virginia Beach SPCA, where she has fostered 29 kittens and two puppies throughout her legal career.
