Page received her Juris Doctor in 1998 from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts and she received her bachelors degree from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Page is a graduate of Trinity High School in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to practicing law, she served the Commonwealth of Virginia for over six years at the State Board of Elections.
