Vincent N. Castellano

Vincent Castellano is the founder of Castellano Law Firm PLLC and a lifelong Hampton Roads resident who represents clients facing criminal charges and serious traffic offenses throughout Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, and Suffolk. His practice includes DUI, drug crimes, sex offenses, violent crimes, homicide, weapons charges, robbery, burglary, theft, white collar crimes, juvenile offenses, probation violations, and other misdemeanor and felony matters. Before founding his firm, Vincent served as a public defender in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, where he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience. As a solo attorney, he works directly with every client, providing clear guidance, individualized attention, and a defense strategy tailored to the facts of the case.

Vincent earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, where he received the Dean's Academic Merit Scholarship. He also holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and graduated cum laude from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the National College for DUI Defense.
