Biography
I have lived in Virginia since I started attending law school at William & Mary in 1987. My first job after law school was a prestigious one-year clerkship for a judge in Northern Virginia, and then I worked for one of the premiere domestic relations law firms in Fairfax County.
After having children, we moved to Virginia Beach because we felt it would be a better place to raise our family. While my children grew up, I was heavily involved in volunteering and coaching with their soccer club. Both my son and daughter attended public schools in Virginia Beach and college in VIrginia.
I have a broad range of legal experience, and in founding Lauer Law PLC I committed to the efficiency of a "paperless" law office. All of my important case documents are stored securely in the cloud, protected by industry leading encryption.
