Lorin Daniel Hay

I am a 1974 graduate of Richmond College at the University of Richmond and a 1977 graduate of T.C. Williams Law School at the University of Richmond. In December of 1977, I graduated from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School and served 4 ½ years as an Army Judge Advocate. After leaving the Army in 1981, I settled in Virginia Beach where I have practiced law with an emphasis in Bankruptcy for the last 34 years. Over the years, I have seen just about every bankruptcy issue that can come up, and I am sure I can help you solve your financial problems.

I am admitted to practice before the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Virginia Supreme Court. I am a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association.
