The officer should review the video. It may take a while. I had an officer drop charges in court in Norfolk after he had time to review the video.

The insurance company wants to pay as little as possible and make you go away. But if you settled then the right to sue is probably gone.

The person on the birth certificate will be legally the father. To change that might require a dna test and determination of the Hampton Court.

A .15 or higher requires a minimum of five days in jail. I agree two beers should not raise to that level. Talk to a local attorney about defenses.

In Virginia a preliminary protective order only lasts until a court hearing. There your can defend yourself and with your attorney get it dismissed.
