Work with your PO. Do everything he says. If otherwise you are cooperative a first alert on interlock may not go back to court.

Temporary sounds like a hearing is still scheduled to determine a more permanent arrangement. Ask the GAL or better your own attorney.

Being on the lease for the lot may give you more rights. An eviction notice can be handwritten. But sounds like more trouble coming if you stay.
