I’m Fallon F. Whidden, an estate planning and business law attorney with J.S. Burton, PLC, serving individuals, families, and business owners throughout Virginia.

My practice focuses on estate planning, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives, as well as probate and trust administration, business succession planning, and related business law matters.

I believe estate planning is about more than preparing legal documents. It’s about having real conversations, understanding what matters most to you, and creating a plan that works for you and the people you love.
