I was accused of stealing money from my employer. I was charged with felony embezzlement. Mr. Miller succeeded in getting "proprietary" evidence which was key evidence supporting our defense points. The case against me was dismissed after trial for insufficient evidence. Mr. Miller's dedication t...o my defense was excellent. I whole heartedly recommend Mr. Miller for any criminal defense case.

I would not recommend this attorney. His paralegal promised me a 1/2 free office consultation. That never happened - the best that was 14 minutes on his office phone line, five of which was on hold with his paralegal who said “he’s leaving (at 3:30 pm) for a vacation!” I had called around 1100... and she said I would get to talk to him or schedule an appointment. Guess what—I never heard back from him! He gave some time, but not the full 1/2 hour his paralegal promised. Bad business leads to bad ethics (apparently being sanctioned by the VBA). I’m glad he wants nothing to do with me. You should want nothing to do with him!
