How can I be charged with a felony when I bought the k2 in a local store and its being sold openly can this affect my probation?

you need to hire an attorney asap and send it to an independent lab, go back back same store same strain and test it yourself.
My question is, can my veterans disability funds be garnished to pay towards a restitution that I'm already paying on?
