David Michael Pearline

David Pearline handles False Claims Act violations, employment related issues and appeals.  Mr. Pearline is a solo practitioner.  Mr. Pearline is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Illinois State Bar (inactive member), the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.  He is authorized to practice law in all state Virginia Courts, and in the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Prior to opening his law office, Mr. Pearline was employed for 18 years at the Central Intelligence Agency as an attorney.  Mr. Pearline received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from the University of Chicago.
