After my spouse brought a protective order with a false allegation and causing me to not see my daughter for over 60 days, Dale’s expertise not only got the protective order dismissed, she negotiated overnight visitations and shared custody in a highly contested case. After getting completely blindsided in court without proper representation, I knew some changes had to be made before returning to court again or face bankruptcy.
