My husband was ticketed on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel doing 85 in a 55 which is Reckless Driving. This is a Class I Misdemeanor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a prison sentence is possible. We live in Pennsylvania. Paul did an outstanding job of representing my husband. Paul let us kno...w early on the politics of court. He told us this before we went to court and advised us on speedometer calibration etc. Initially we lost the case. Because we could tell the judge was sympathetic to us, we took this to appeal and thanks to the way Paul presented the case the charge was reduced to simple speeding. Paul was excellent in court. I highly recommend him and he is very reasonable. We could reach him at anytime and if he was in court he always called us back.
