I represent plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, including employment and labor, civil rights, collections, landlord - tenant and contract disputes and real property interests.

I encourage all clients to make their own decisions and choices through engaging in estate planning including drafting wills, trusts, advanced medical directives and powers of attorney.

I represent employers and employees in the drafting and review of employment contracts and severance agreements. I provide counseling to clients addressing and litigating wrongful termination cases, discrimination matters and the violation of civil rights. I also represent employers and employees in unemployment claims in the Virginia Employment Commission.
