Jason Albert Barlow

Hired Mr. Barlow to do a criminal case in Chesapeake, he came and saw me two times before only to make sure I knew he wasn't going to do anything until he was paid. Which is understandable, I wouldn't expect him to do it for free but as soon as he got my money never heard back from him to discuss my ...case until minutes before we went into court. He told me what we had discussed earlier and what I had paid him to do he was no longer going to do that and he advised me to do something else. I took his advice and have to go back to court in another month. Now I call his office to ask him about the next court only for him to tell me I now owe him more money to go back to court. Worst experience I've ever had with an attorney and I've had more than enough to know the difference between a good attorney and a bad one. He's supposed to be good in Chesapeake but was the furthest thing from my experience.

Snatches my check from from Secretary, cashed within a day. And 6 months later says " I can get u a court as soon as u basically do all the legwork".Worst experience of my entire life! If u want any chance of having a fair trial I recommend not trusting this so called lawyer. I'm going to the bar hop...ing to get my hard earned money back, I'd be better Off defending myself.
