Justin Burch

Justin is a civil litigation attorney with a primary focus in business litigation. During his time at Davis Law, he has handled a variety of cases ranging from simple landlord and tenant disputes to complex commercial litigation. Justin excels in the trial setting, demonstrating zealous advocacy in seeking justice for each of his clients.

Justin is a graduate from Regent University School of Law, where he graduated with honors in the top tier of his graduating class. Aside from his excellent academic achievements, Justin was also involved as an editor on Regent’s Journal for Global Justice and Public Policy, Vice President of the Military and Veterans Law Society, and an executive board member of Regent’s Trial Advocacy Board, winning multiple awards for his performance at trial competitions across the nation.

Before going to law school, Justin served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, both on active duty and its reserve component. During his time in the Marine Corps he achieved the rank of Sergeant, seeing deployments to Iraq and the Asia Pacific. Justin now brings this experience from the Marine Corps into the courtroom, where is he relentless in his fight to get the most favorable outcome for his clients.
