Jonathan Robert Deloatche

​Jonathan DeLoatche is a respected partner and co-founder of Williams DeLoatche, P.C., known for his exceptional legal prowess in the Tidewater area. A native of the region, Jonathan completed his undergraduate studies at James Madison University, followed by a law degree from the University of Richmond. His career began with defending Norfolk's largest taxicab company and representing insurance companies in complex litigation, including construction law and personal injury cases. These experiences have equipped him with a distinct advantage in plaintiff representation. Jonathan has actively litigated cases throughout the Southeastern U.S., amassing extensive trial experience. His current practice focuses on personal injury law, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, brain trauma, and nursing home neglect. Honored as a Super Lawyer multiple times, Jonathan is also a community leader in the Chesapeake Rotary Club, where he has served as President. He supports various local charities through events like the Chesapeake Wine Fest and the Rotary Christmas Parade. Outside the courtroom, Jonathan is a devoted father to two sons, a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, and shares his home and office with Kingston, his loyal canine companion.
