i was an assistant commonwealth's attorney for the City of Norfolk, Va in the seventies, i am retired from th US military having served both as enlisted and an officer with 32.5 years of service and hold a retired rank of brigadier general. I have handled hundreds of personal injury cases and nursing home malpractice cases over my 44 plus years of practice. i am licensed in Virginia and North Carolina. In 2019 I was inducted into the Virginia's Lawyers Hall of Fame.
