We litigate custody and visitation, dissolution, and child support matters. We represent parties in these matters in both Juvenile and Domestic Relations and Circuit courts in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

We represent parties as well as children in civil protective order proceedings in J&DR Court.

We assist families in their finalization of adoption from foster care or DSS custody. We come into the case once the natural parents' rights have been terminated. Potential adoptive parents are eligible for a state subsidy to assist with the cost.

We represent children in truancy, delinquency, and other charges against minors brought in J&DR court. We accept court appointments to these matters in Chesapeake and Suffolk. We also serve as private counsel for defendants.
