OUTCOME: Vacated conviction for Penal Code 288(a).

After an extensive hearing, Judge vacated P.C. 288 (a) conviction. Case was then dismissed per P.C. 1385. This man also had life-time registration eliminated as well as being able to keep his legal per ... manent resident status. I have had many cases involving "Aggravated Felonys" as that term is used in Immigration Court, where I have gone back, years later, and have been successful in eliminating the immigration consequences one way or another, depending upon what the case calls for.
